A message from Mahala:
"My priority as a psychologist is to create a compassionate, safe and neuro-affirming therapeutic space where people from all walks of life can feel heard and supported. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to suit your unique preferences and support your goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed practices. Whether you are seeking support because you are having a difficult time, or because you would like to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply, I will work with you to explore challenges, build resilience and foster meaningful change."
